About the Role

As a Senior React Developer, you will lead the development of high-quality web applications using React.js. Your role involves directing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, mentoring junior developers, and maintaining high coding standards. Your expertise in React and front-end development will drive innovation and maintain the technical edge of our products.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain advanced React applications with a focus on user experience, performance, and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices.

• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and functionalities.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Handle software updates, patches, and bug fixes.

• Develop and maintain documentation regarding application development and project progress.

What you need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in React.js and front-end development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux).

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.

• Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior developers.

Nice to have:

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, PNPM, etc.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
