About the Role

Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI technology and its applications? We are at the forefront of innovation in AI Governance, and we are looking for talented individuals who are excited about shaping the future of AI.As a Product Manager at Polygraf, you’ll have the unique opportunity to develop and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for cutting-edge solutions that leverage artificial intelligence to derive meaningful insights from digital audio, images, videos, text and other inputs. You’ll collaborate with a diverse and talented team of project managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to develop innovative solutions that redefine the AI landscape.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and business value, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Use KPIs to monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and challenges.
What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or IT.
  • Proven experience in product management in the technology industry, preferably in AI/ML environments.
  • Understanding of AI concepts and technologies, of AI technologies and their application in solving business problems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
  • Understanding of UX/UI Principles: Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
  • Knowledge of Product Design Tools: Familiarity with product design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
