We are at the forefront of innovation in AI Governance, and we are looking for talented individuals who are excited about shaping the future of AI.As a Product Manager at Polygraf, you’ll have the unique opportunity to develop and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for cutting-edge solutions that leverage artificial intelligence to derive meaningful insights from digital audio, images, videos, text and other inputs. You’ll collaborate with a diverse and talented team of project managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to develop innovative solutions that redefine the AI landscape.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and business value, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Use KPIs to monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure project success.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and challenges.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or IT.
• Proven experience in product management in the technology industry, preferably in AI/ML environments.
• Understanding of AI concepts and technologies, of AI technologies and their application in solving business problems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
• Understanding of UX/UI Principles: Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
• Knowledge of Product Design Tools: Familiarity with product design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
