About the Role

You’ll be working on creating a high-performance platform that captures and analyzes live data streams to generate actionable insights – built for scalability, privacy, and on-prem compatibility.

You have

Proven work on real-time/streaming systems (audio/WebRTC/RTP or similar).
Audio basics: sampling, buffering, VAD; handling jitter/backpressure.
Event-driven design (queues/pub-sub), observability, and performance profiling.
Strong experience with Python
Hands-on experience with Django or Django REST Framework and Fastapi
Comfortable with Dockerized environments
Solid experience working with relational and non relational databases
Hands-on experience deploying and managing services

What You'll Do

Own real-time audio ingest and processing with strict latency targets.
Integrate ASR (local and cloud) and online diarization
Plug in scoring services as independent, non-blocking components; stream results.
Expose results via event APIs/WebSocket
Build metrics/alerts: latency, throughput, basic accuracy signals.
Add platform integrations over time (Meet, Teams, Zoom).

Nice to have

Meet/Teams/Zoom bot capture
ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition)
Docker/K8s and on-prem deployments; edge constraints.
TTS or transcript analytics (highlights, jump-to-audio).
Model serving pragmatism (GPU/CPU utilization, batching).
